Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is defective
The product is damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
The item is not functioning as described
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
Physical damage caused after delivery
Missing accessories
Products without original packaging
Software issues or compatibility issues
Clearance / sale items (unless defective)

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Replacements are offered for eligible items
Replacement delivery time: 5–10 business days
Subject to stock availability
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 business days
Products are covered by manufacturer warranty
Veetelecom does not provide on-site repairs
Warranty claims must be handled through authorized service centers
