This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made before the order has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. In such case, you may reject the product at delivery.
For mobile phones: Cancellation is not accepted once the device seal is broken or the device is activated.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
– Report to customer service within 2 business days of delivery
– Provide order ID, clear photos, and unboxing video of the purchase
– Our team will verify and process replacement/refund approval within 5 to 7 business days
Note: Unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged/defective claims. Without video, we may not be able to process your request.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
A return shipping charge of Rs. 150/- will be deducted from the refund amount for cancellations after shipment.
Any applicable charges will be deducted before processing the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed as per the following timelines:
– For UPI payments: within 3 to 5 business days
– For card payments: within 7 to 9 business days
– For wallet / gift cards: within 24 hours
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
These timelines are as per banking partners and payment gateway providers.
Products with manufacturer warranty must be handled through authorized service centers.
Vee Telecom is not responsible for warranty claims once the product is delivered and activated.
For mobile phones: If you experience a manufacturing defect after activation, please contact the brand’s authorized service center directly.
If a discounted order is cancelled or returned, used coupons or vouchers will not be reissued.
During sales events or promotional campaigns, return and refund terms will be the same as mentioned above.
The following are not eligible for refund:
– Products damaged by customer misuse
– Products without original packaging or missing accessories
– Clearance/sale items (unless defective)
– Return shipping charges
– Activated mobile phones or smart devices
– Products where unboxing video was not provided (for damage claims)
