We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days from the date of your purchase.
If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange:
The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
The item must have original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice
Device must NOT have been activated — no SIM card inserted, no device setup completed, no Google/Apple account logged in
⚠️ Important: Once the device is activated (SIM inserted or device connected to internet for setup), the manufacturer warranty begins and the product is considered used.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for activated devices
If you experience any manufacturing defect after activation, please contact the brand’s authorized service center directly (warranty applies)
Change of mind returns are not accepted once the device is activated
If the item was purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return/exchange
Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged and reported within the 5-day window.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Within 3 Days)
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Report to customer service within 3 days of delivery (ideally within 48 hours)
Provide order ID, photos, and unboxing video of the issue
Our team will verify and process replacement/refund
4. Exempted Categories
You agree that there may be a certain category of products/items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of products would be identified to you at the time of purchase.
Examples of non-returnable items:
Products damaged by customer misuse
Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Clearance/sale items (unless defective)
Activated devices (SIM inserted or setup completed)
5. Return/Exchange Process
For exchange/return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned/exchanged product.
Further, if the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return/exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
